Early-access list

When you join the Calliope early-access list, we store the email address you provide, the date and time of submission, the version of the consent notice, and the path of the page containing the form. We use this information to send product updates and, later, an invitation to test Calliope.

We do not intentionally store your IP address in the waitlist database. Hosting providers may retain request logs under their own operational policies.

Analytics

Google Analytics loads only on the production site after you choose “Allow analytics.” It helps us understand landing-page visits, calls to action, and completed waitlist requests. Choosing “Not now” stores that preference in your browser and does not load Google Analytics.

Processors and retention

The site and private waitlist storage are hosted by Vercel. We retain a waitlist record while Calliope is in development or until you ask us to remove it.

Your choices

To ask for a copy or deletion of your waitlist record, email hello@calliopewriter.com from the address you submitted. There is no public administration interface.

Changes

We will update the effective date when this notice materially changes. This notice covers the marketing site; the future Calliope application will have its own product privacy documentation before public release.
