Email updates

When you request CalliopeWriter product updates, we store the email address you provide, the date and time of submission, the version of the consent notice, and the path of the page containing the form. We use this information to send product updates and relevant invitations from CalliopeWriter.

Product feedback

When you send feedback from CalliopeWriter, we store the category, your message, submission time, and any email address you choose to provide. If you choose to include diagnostics, we also store the CalliopeWriter version, connection states, operating system and browser family, online status, and recent error codes. CalliopeWriter does not automatically include manuscript text, prompts, file paths, account names, or credentials in feedback reports.

We use feedback to investigate problems and improve CalliopeWriter. If you provide an email, we may contact you about your report or a thank-you.

Analytics

Google Analytics uses advanced consent mode on the production site. Before you allow analytics storage, it can receive cookieless page and event signals. These signals can include the page URL, referrer, time, and basic device information. After you choose “Allow analytics,” Google Analytics can use analytics storage. We keep advertising storage and personalization disabled.

Processors and retention

The site, private email-list records, and private feedback records are hosted by Vercel. We keep these records while they are needed to provide requested updates, operate and improve the service, or until you ask us to remove them. We do not intentionally store your IP address in the email-list or feedback record itself. Hosting and security providers may retain request logs under their own operational policies.

Your choices

To ask for a copy or deletion of a record associated with your email, contact hello@calliopewriter.com from that address. There is no public administration interface.

Changes

We will update the effective date when this notice materially changes.
